Here is a COMPELLING argument as to why it is possible to spend -no actually INVEST - time for regular workouts.
No of hours in a month - 30 x 24 = 720hrs.
Time required for workouts at 2hrs a week = 9hrs
That is just a meagre 1.25% of your time.

Can't we invest such a small amount of time for our own health?
At 6-7hrs a day, we spend 180-210 hrs a day sleeping(important too). We can wake up 30 min early on just 3 days a week and get more active.
